Below is the patch information for our insure/INDEX and insure/ANALYSIS customers on version 4.6.005.

Symptoms: If using File Filter tab in the data collector part of insure INDEX and ANALYSIS products, user may notice that database monitor collection hasn’t actually filtered based on the files specified by the user (i.e. queries against all files show up in the data). More obvious symptom would be found in XCHELPER or XCCLIENT joblogs which would show an XCT9898 message with the following text: “Failed to read XCFILTFILE. No file filters are enforced.” This fix addresses that issue and ensures File Filter specified by the user is enforced at the time of collection. This issue is only found in our insure/INDEX or insure/ANALYSIS modules for users running 4.6.005 version of our tool.
